Barnes Tag Agency has been a South Tulsa landmark for over 40 years.  Founded in 1985 by Jim T. Roy Barnes, Barnes Tag Agency is known for it’s unique collection of historical newspaper headlines, license plates from all over the US and the world, and extensive auto and train collections that line the walls for the enjoyment of our patrons. Under new ownership, but still in the Barnes family, we aim to provide quick, kind, competent service in all Registration, Titling, Driver license/state ID/REAL ID, Pikepass pick up, Car Dealer services, Passport photos, and Notary services.
