How to Create an OKCARS Account
Go to okcars.service.ok.gov
Scroll down to the section titled Individuals/Businesses
Select the second option, Create Logon for Individual/Business
You will then be prompted to make sure you have the following information available:
· A valid email address, phone number, and mailing address
· For an individual registration, your driver license number
· For business registration, your FEIN number
Select Next
Enter in your Driver License Number for Individuals and FEIN for Businesses, select Next
Enter in your Name, select Next
Enter your contact information and mailing address, select Verify Address, select Next
Review your information and make sure it is correct, select Submit
Next you will need to check the email that you registered.
You will have an email from no-reply@service.ok.gov with the subject New Login Created
Click the link provided in the email to create a password for your OKCARS account.
Enter in your password twice. Select Submit
Select OK on the pop-up box stating Your password has been updated.
Once this is complete you will receive another email stating that your Portal Registration is Complete.
You have now successfully created an OKCARS account.
You can add information about your vehicles to your account now.
To do so, log in to the account you created
Complete the Information for your Web Profile. Select Save
Select More
Under Manage Associations, select Associate Vehicle
Enter in the vehicle VIN and Title Number, select Next
Enter the corresponding License Plate and Street Number, select Next
Review your information, select Submit
Confirmation of successful association of the vehicle will appear.
